Astrélune Accessories values customer satisfaction and is committed to addressing legitimate concerns regarding orders placed through our store. By placing an order with Astrélune Accessories, you acknowledge and agree to the terms set forth in this Return & Refund Policy.
1. Final Sale Policy
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, all sales are considered final once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, production, or shipment.
Refunds, returns, or exchanges will not be granted for:
- Change of mind.
- Buyer’s remorse.
- Accidental purchases.
- Incorrect product, size, color, or variant selected by the customer.
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.
- Delays resulting from customs inspections, carrier disruptions, weather conditions, force majeure events, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
2. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled within twelve (12) hours of purchase, provided the order has not entered processing or fulfillment.
Once an order has entered processing, fulfillment, production, or shipment, cancellation requests cannot be guaranteed and may be declined at Astrélune Accessories’ sole discretion.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Customers who receive an item that is damaged, defective, or materially different from the item ordered must notify Astrélune Accessories within seven (7) days of confirmed delivery.
To facilitate review of a claim, customers may be required to provide:
- Order number.
- Photographs of the product.
- Photographs of the packaging.
- A description of the issue.
- Any additional information reasonably requested by Astrélune Accessories.
Upon review and verification of the claim, Astrélune Accessories may, at its sole discretion, provide:
- A replacement item.
- Store credit.
- A partial refund.
- A full refund.
Submission of a claim does not constitute automatic approval of a refund, replacement, or other remedy.
4. Lost Shipments and Carrier Issues
Astrélune Accessories is not responsible for carrier errors, transportation delays, customs-related delays, or losses occurring during transit.
Where tracking information or carrier records indicate that a shipment may have been lost in transit, Astrélune Accessories may, at its sole discretion, assist the customer in investigating the matter with the carrier and/or fulfillment partner.
Following review of the available information, Astrélune Accessories reserves the right to provide a replacement product, store credit, partial refund, full refund, or no compensation where circumstances warrant.
Packages marked as delivered by the carrier shall generally be deemed delivered unless substantial evidence demonstrates otherwise.
5. Unauthorized Returns
Returns sent without prior written authorization from Astrélune Accessories may be refused, returned to sender, or otherwise disposed of without refund or compensation.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Astrélune Accessories shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from or related to the purchase, delivery, use, misuse, or inability to use any product purchased through our store.
In all circumstances, the maximum liability of Astrélune Accessories shall not exceed the amount paid by the customer for the product giving rise to the claim.
7. Dispute Resolution
Customers are encouraged to contact Astrélune Accessories directly before initiating a chargeback, payment dispute, or claim with a financial institution or payment provider.
Astrélune Accessories will make reasonable efforts to investigate and resolve customer concerns in good faith. Failure to contact Astrélune Accessories prior to initiating a dispute may delay the resolution process and may limit the remedies available.
Astrélune Accessories reserves the right to provide replacements, store credit, partial refunds, or full refunds where appropriate following review of the circumstances, supporting evidence, carrier records, and order history.
8. Policy Modifications
Astrélune Accessories reserves the right to modify, amend, or update this Return & Refund Policy at any time without prior notice. Any modifications shall become effective immediately upon publication on our website.
