Shipping & Delivery

Any resolution, including replacement, store credit, partial refund, or full refund, shall be determined following review of the available information and supporting evidence.
Delivered Orders
Orders marked as delivered by the carrier shall generally be considered successfully delivered.
Customers who believe a package has been misdelivered should contact the carrier directly and notify Astrélune Accessories promptly so that appropriate assistance may be provided where possible.
